To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. This helps us maintain the quality of our products for all our customers.

Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process. This document helps us verify the original transaction details and ensures smooth processing of your return or exchange.

4. Refund Process
